We strive to ensure all orders reach you promptly. However, in rare cases, packages may be delayed or lost. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs clearance or other unforeseen factors.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to incorrect address or unclaimed package), we will reach out to you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping the package.
